International Tax Manager
St Albans based, hybrid working
We are seeking a highly skilled International Tax Manager to join our Finance team in St Albans. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the international tax agenda, contributing to business projects, and providing advice on new international routes to markets, acquisitions, and integration of acquired businesses.
As our next International Tax Manager, you will be driving M&A support during due diligence, including providing advice on post-deal integration. You will work closely with our team of dedicated professionals to achieve our goals and objectives.
The Key Requirements...
- Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CTA) with International tax experience
- Proactive, forward-thinking mindset with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Broad Finance and systems knowledge of AP / AR / Financial Control / Reporting / Commercial Spend
- Able to influence, persuade and communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organisation
- Determine to see things through to completion
Desirable
- FMCG Industry experience (selling to major UK multiple retailers)
- Has had previous M&A exposure
- Has had experience of setting up tax processes for new offices
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the international tax agenda and assist in providing advice on new international routes to markets, acquisitions, and integration of acquired businesses.
