Pro-Tax is seeking a highly skilled Corporate & Business Tax Manager to join our team in St Albans. As a key member of our tax department, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of compliance cases and working closely with our Accounts & Audit team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients to ensure the collation of necessary information for corporate and business tax returns
- Review tax returns prepared by other team members and ensure all follow-up work is completed in a timely manner
- Monitor time budgets and chargeability
- Manage and develop staff within the tax department
Requirements:
- CTA qualified (ACA or ACCA could also be beneficial)
- At least 5 years CT experience within an accountancy practice
- Sound technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- Managerial skills
