Job Title: Facilities Project Engineer

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Project Engineer to join our team at Advanced Resource Managers. As a key member of our Facilities department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our physical assets worldwide, including buildings, test tracks, and equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with the Facilities and Maintenance teams to manage day-to-day operations on a complex site, including buildings, roads, and land management.
* Support the delivery of new buildings, facility upgrades, and major maintenance projects.
* Assist the Project Manager in the administrative and execution phases of construction and maintenance projects.
* Ensure compliance with building regulations, legislation, and internal procedures.
* Coordinate and supervise on-site construction work, recording data into infrastructure and facilities software.
* Develop skills in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and project management software.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facilities and processes.
* Develop and implement risk assessments and maintain a safe working environment.

**Requirements**

* Degree or equivalent in a construction-related or building services discipline (Preferred).
* HNC/HND in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical).
* A passion for advancing your career in Facilities Engineering within an automotive setting.
* Experience in CAD software and facilities work with infrastructure (beneficial but not essential).
* Experience in managing and designing construction projects is a plus.
* Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Full UK driving license and own transport.
