About the Role- You will act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the sales process, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
- Meet and exceed business targets by understanding the importance of repeat custom and referrals.
- Handle booking enquiries via phone or in-person, ensuring seamless management of studio systems and reporting.
- Foster personal connections with clients, always striving to surpass their expectations.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in sales, preferably within a luxury brand.
- A deep understanding of the tattoo process from start to finish will be beneficial.
- You should be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in customer-facing roles.
