Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Education and Training to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in education and training, with experience managing multiple projects and programmes. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our members and contribute to the success of our association.

About the Role:
- Develop and implement innovative learning solutions that meet the changing needs of our members
- Manage multiple projects and programmes, including conferences, training events, and online courses
- Lead and manage a team of educators and trainers
- Work effectively with key stakeholders, including the CEO, Board, and membership

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in education and training, including leadership and management roles
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to work effectively with key stakeholders and external contractors
- Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement budgets

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
