About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our prepaid gift card business in the EMEA region. This role will be responsible for growing and maintaining our global prepaid gift card business, working closely with our Global Business Development team to maintain and grow key relationships within the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive EMEA region prepaid gift card sales and revenue by maintaining or exceeding the quarterly quota plan.
  • Take the lead for sales tracking, reviews, issue management, and strategy collaboration.
  • Handle account objectives with the support of the internal prepaid card team.
  • Consult on project strategy based on industry and company knowledge.
  • Analyze and adapt new strategies to react to changing business trends and legal requirements.
  • Lead regular business reviews with key retail accounts in the region.
  • Travel periodically to regional meetings.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience and 5+ years sales management experience in the prepaid gift card industry.
  • History of managing large scale gift card business and increasing annual sales and profitability.
  • Proven ability to successfully achieve or exceed yearly sales quota.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and advertising metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing global client relationships, including negotiating contracts, setting performance goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and executive level interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proactive approach to identifying issues, finding solutions, and implementing changes to improve performance.
