**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Coordinator to join our team in Liverpool, Merseyside. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising site personnel, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate site activities, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise and mentor site personnel, including engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor and control costs, schedules, and resources to optimize project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in construction site coordination, preferably in the water or transport sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
