About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to join our team at Falcon Green Personnel. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work on high-value projects, particularly in the delivery of modern data centre infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical construction and a proven track record of project delivery. With excellent commercial awareness, people management skills, and a focus on health and safety, they will be able to lead and advise site managers on all mechanical aspects of the project.

A competitive salary of £110,000-£140,000 per annum, depending on experience, reflects the importance of this role in driving business growth and success. Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Construction Site Managers to advise on mechanical aspects of the project.
  • Collaborate with M&E Design Coordinators and Consultant Design Teams to address technical queries.
  • Coordinate and liaise with suppliers, specialist sub-contractors, and in-house functions to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Review and analyze information received and coordinate its implementation.
  • Work collaboratively with the site administration team to ensure subcontractors have up-to-date information.
  • Monitor Mechanical site progress.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working on Life Sciences & Technology, Health Care, or similar mission-critical projects.
  • Strong knowledge of varied mechanical construction techniques and their implementation.
  • Mechanically biased approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
