This is a highly demanding yet rewarding role for a Senior Corporate Lawyer to join our team at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. We are seeking an exceptional individual with expertise in corporate transactions, regulatory matters, and IT and technology matters.
Responsibilities- Cover ad-hoc legal queries and provide succinct advice to the business on contractual disputes
- Deal with a variety of legal issues on corporate transactions, regulatory matters, and IT and technology matters
- Support colleagues on challenging legal transactions
- Share knowledge and invest in the HPE business and our legal team
We are looking for a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in law. A top-tier firm background is essential, and you should have experience and training in this area.
You will have advanced university degree in law (e.g., JD or LLB) and be fluent in spoken and written English. Travel may be required for this role, and you should be willing to travel to other locations as needed.
Requirements- Mastery of legal and relevant business knowledge in multiple practice areas
- Recognized subject matter expert in a key practice area
- Developed awareness of how to operate successfully in multiple international legal environments
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Our Geography Legal team sits across HPE's UKIMEA Geography and is made up of 6 lawyers in total. This role is based in either our offices in London or Winnersh, and you will be part of a collaborative team environment.
What We Can Offer- Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
