We are currently seeking an experienced SEN Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a high level of experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) and be willing to work on a part-time basis, around 10-15 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored educational support to students with SEN in maths, English, and science subjects
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans
- Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- A relevant qualification in education or a related field
- Demonstrated experience working with students with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
- Experience in using assistive technology in teaching
- Experience working with students with specific learning difficulties
Working Conditions:
- Part-time hours, around 10-15 hours per week
- Temporary position with the possibility of extension
