Software Asset Management Role

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Software Asset Manager to join our team. As a Software Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our software configuration items. This includes checking for updates and versioning on active software, auditing software permissions across departments, and ensuring compliance by maintaining software lists.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage software updates and versioning to ensure optimal performance and security
* Conduct regular audits of software permissions to identify areas for improvement
* Maintain accurate software lists to ensure compliance with company policies
* Develop and implement discovery rules to track external and internal developed software

**Requirements**

* Strong understanding of software asset management principles and requirements
* Experience with asset management tooling, including SNOW licence manager and Nessus
* Ability to showcase software catalogue and data management skills
