Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluating Individual Needs: Assess individual needs, following EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans).
  2. Progress Evaluation and Reporting: Evaluate and report pupils' progress to teachers, carers, and healthcare professionals.
  3. Managing Challenging Behaviour: Manage behaviour in a positive and calm manner.
