As a Care Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless daily operation of our services, working closely with our dedicated Care Managers and fellow Co-ordinators. You will maintain and monitor care packages, allocate staff to cover agency shifts, and participate in the on-call rota.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in Health and Social Care, knowledge of or experience in areas such as Autonomic Dyslexia, Brain Injury, Dementia, Huntington's Disease, Physical Disabilities, or Spinal Injuries is ideal. However, transferable skills and personal experience will also be considered.

You will also enjoy a competitive salary of £12.50 per hour and flexible working hours, including one evening per week and one weekend every six weeks on call rotation.

Key responsibilities include:
