About the Role

The Client Development Manager is a key position within our organization, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in the North of England region. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in an account management capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retention and Value: Achieve 95% account and value retention on existing accounts
  • Retention and Volume: Zero avoidable home losses (stopping trading with apetito)
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for new partnerships with care suppliers
  • Customer Satisfaction: Achieve a score of 90% customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven experience of achieving and exceeding targets from an account management perspective
  • Experience delivering training and consultative sales
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to justify a business case
  • Objections handling focused around financial issues
  • Good O Levels/GCSEs to support high standard of business communication skills and numerical analysis
Desirable Qualifications
  • Catering experience
  • Experience of food/nutritional/technical standards
  • Experience of the care sector
  • Customer service experience
  • A Levels/First Degree
  • Intermediate/Advanced Food Hygiene Training
  • Clean/virtually clean driving license
