About the Role

Crowe is seeking a talented and ambitious Senior Associate to strengthen the Corporate Audit function. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality audit work, leading and coaching team members, and managing relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis
  • Deliver high-quality audit work, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assignments
  • Lead and coach team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage relationships with clients, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and finalisation of audit assignments, providing solutions and seeking input for areas of concern and judgement
  • Consider and manage risk (reputational, operational, and credit) in all interactions with clients
  • Produce work for manager and/or partner review, clearly highlighting issues and providing potential solutions
  • Demonstrate business development skills, identifying additional sales opportunities
  • Identify areas requiring improvement in client business processes and provide recommendations
  • Take primary responsibility for monitoring progress against budget, and gain a full understanding of any variances
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA/CA qualification essential
  • Solid foundation of auditing experience and different accounting standards
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • A passion for client service
  • Displays energy and enthusiasm and a focus on achieving results
  • A keenness to further your own personal development and meet your career ambitions
