Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Childcare Professional to join our team as a Nursery Room Manager at Busy Bees Haslemere Nursery.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the staff in your room, ensuring that every individual child's needs are met, and providing developmentally challenging next steps.

About the Role

• Take ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS.
• Ensure that we encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
• Manage the team in your room, providing guidance and support as needed.
