Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Development Manager to join our team in Ealing, London. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for overseeing the pre-construction phases of development projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely progress and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including estimating, mobilization, and construction teams, to deliver high-quality results.
  • Oversee all legal, design, and planning aspects of development projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Procure suitable supporting information, such as surveys, reports, and assessments, to support the planning process.
  • Maintain excellent communication with project teams and stakeholders to ensure relevant information is shared and actions are progressed in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a development role within the construction, property development, or housing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Able to travel on a regular basis throughout the area, with access to a vehicle on a daily basis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
