About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Home Director to join our team at Right Search Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our award-winning nursing home in Leamington Spa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the home's reputation and relationships with local authorities.
  • Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Collaborate with our management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a 'Good' rating from the CQC.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of nursing home management experience.
  • Valid RGN qualification and management certification.
  • Strong organizational and managerial skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
