Manual QA Specialist Job Description

TP ICAP Group is seeking a skilled Manual QA Specialist to join our team. As a Manual QA Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Conduct thorough testing of software products, including functional, integration, and usability testing.
  • Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
  • Participate in the review and analysis of bug reports and perform regression testing.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams on testing best practices.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with non-functional testing.
