About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Turning Point. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Encourage and support individuals to live life to their full potential, promoting independence and community involvement.
- Develop and implement personalized support plans, working closely with individuals, their families, and other professionals.
- Provide emotional support and guidance, helping individuals to manage their daily lives and make informed decisions.

Requirements
