We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Turning Point. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Providing person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism
- Encouraging independence and promoting daily living skills
- Supporting with medication and health appointments
- Assisting with personal budgets and financial management
Working Patterns
This is a 24-hour service, and we are flexible to meet your preferences where possible. A good work-life balance is essential to us, and we require our Support Workers to take their share of working weekends and evenings.
