Front of House Manager Role

As a Front of House Manager at Boston Pizza International, Inc. (Calgary), you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager with the restaurant's daily operations. This includes assisting with the training, development, and performance management of the Front of House team members. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our guests and team members have an exceptional dining experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead by example, work closely with team members, and provide coaching and guidance to ensure the team is equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Operational Excellence: Assist with the implementation of operational procedures and ensure that they are consistently followed to maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Guest Experience: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with the team, management, and guests to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with a focus on developing and empowering team members.
  • Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including service standards, quality control, and inventory management.
