Front of House Manager Role

Boston Pizza International, Inc. (Calgary) is seeking a skilled Front of House Manager to join our team. As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with the daily operations of the restaurant, including training, development, staffing, scheduling, and performance management of the Front of House team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in achieving restaurant goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for Front of House team members.
  • Manage Front of House staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and efficient food delivery.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance restaurant operations and customer satisfaction.
