About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced social worker to join our independent fostering agency on a permanent basis. As a senior supervising social worker, you will be responsible for managing a small caseload of foster carers in and around Birmingham, supporting and supervising them to ensure the highest standards of care are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small caseload of foster carers
  • Support and supervise foster carers to ensure high standards of care
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • Experience in fostering, preferably as a supervising social worker
