Key Responsibilities:- Producing hazards assessments and authoring complex safety cases to justify critical decision-making in the design, operation, and/or decommissioning of nuclear facilities.
- Influencing client strategic direction to support obtaining a nuclear site licence for innovative designs.
- Networking to develop business pipelines within your capability.
- Working with diverse clients from defence, nuclear generation, and nuclear new build, including innovative players from the fusion and SMR markets.
- Supporting technical delivery of projects, addressing technically complex problems, and presenting solutions to different stakeholders.
- Delivering excellent technical work, paying attention to detail without missing the bigger picture.
- Contributing to and learning from the wider technical community within AtkinsRéalis, taking advantage of global expertise to foster collaboration within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Mentoring junior engineers to further support our growth and improve our capability for project delivery to clients while strengthening your leadership skills.
- Competitive salary: £36,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus additional pay in line with our performance philosophy and recognition culture.
