About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality Team Member to join our team at the Bell Hotel in Sandwich, Kent. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

As a Hospitality Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your warm welcome and friendly demeanor will set the tone for their stay. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
