Located in the heart of Sandwich, Kent, our historic riverside retreat offers guests a luxurious experience with modern comforts. As a Bar Team Member, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a warm welcome.

Don't worry if you don't have previous hospitality experience - we're happy to train and develop you to reach your full potential. As long as you're over 18 and possess the qualities we're looking for, we'd love to hear from you.

WHO ARE WE?
Britain's oldest brewer, Shepherd Neame, has been based in the market town of Faversham, Kent for over 300 years. An independent family business, we boast an award-winning visitor centre and more than 300 pubs and hotels throughout London and the South East. We employ around 1,500 team members across our pub estate and more than 270 at our Brewery and Support Office.
