About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Tyre Technician to join our team at Halfords. As a Mobile Tyre Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality tyre fitting and repair services to our customers in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out tyre fitting and repair services to the highest technical and safety standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Ensure the safe keeping and maintenance of the National Mobile van and equipment
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Experience of removing, repairing and fitting tyres, gained either in a garage or on the road
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
  • Understanding of Health & Safety regulations and practices
