About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Tyre Technician to join our team at Halfords. As a Mobile Tyre Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality tyre fitting and repair services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out tyre fitting and repair services to the highest technical and safety standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment and adhere to health and safety regulations
Requirements
  • Experience of working as a Mobile Tyre Technician or in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use technology to complete tasks
