About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Practitioner to join our team at Oak Tree Health Centre. As a salaried GP, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including clinical sessions, clinical administration, and other duties as directed by the management team.
  • Effectively manage long-term conditions and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with good practice, policy, and guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient care.
  • Prescribe medications in accordance with local and national guidelines.
  • Participate in local clinical governance processes and contribute to the development of clinical skills and abilities through continuing professional development.
  • Supervise and participate in the training of nursing staff and other members of the clinical team.

Person Specification

  • Fully qualified GP with GMC registration and eligibility to practice in the UK independently.
  • Experience of working as a General Practitioner, including experience of QOF and clinical audit.
  • Ability to work flexibly and willingness to provide mentoring and support to other clinicians.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development and case management experience.
