About the Role:

Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Housing Management Solicitor to join our team in West Malling. As a key member of our social housing division, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to our clients in the field of housing management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice and representation to clients on possession, anti-social behaviour, and other housing management-related matters
  • Working closely with local authorities and social housing providers to resolve complex housing management issues
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide comprehensive support to clients and achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in housing management law
  • Proven track record of providing expert legal advice and representation in housing management matters
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, including the Housing Act 1985 and the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
