About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our team as a Clinical Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a leadership role in our Adult Mental Health Service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of clinicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and treatment plans are implemented effectively. You will work closely with other teams and stakeholders to promote seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.

As a Clinical Team Leader, you will have a strong background in adult mental health services, with experience in clinical leadership and team management. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, service users, and their families.

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. The salary range for this role is £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working arrangements, training opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
