Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Demand Planner to join our team at rthirteen recruitment. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for planning demand, maintaining minimum stock levels, and ensuring customer demand for products is being met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Supply Chain Team: Provide assistance to the supply chain team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Generate Accurate Forecasts: Develop and maintain accurate forecasts of requirements to meet customer demand.
  • Process Orders and Invoices: Produce, edit, and process all orders and invoices, ensuring accurate matching of invoices and documentation to customers.
  • Develop Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Monitor Supplier Performance: Regularly monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure they meet the company's standards.

Requirements:

  • Supply Chain Experience: Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement is highly desirable.
  • Negotiation and Management Skills: Strong negotiation and management skills to effectively communicate with customers and suppliers.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Ability to engage and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, with a proactive and team-player attitude.
  • Time Management: Ability to multitask and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
