R13 are currently supporting the search for a Customer Demand Planner to join a fantastic business in Norwich.

The purpose of this role will be to plan demand, maintain minimum stock levels, and ensure customer demand for products is being met.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Norwich, working to Monday to Friday, and offering a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience + annual bonus. Hybrid working available once training has been completed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing support to the supply chain team.
  • Generating accurate forecasts of requirements and maintaining the product range.
  • Producing, editing, and processing all orders & invoices, matching invoices and documentation to customers.
  • Developing working relationships with customers.
  • Monitoring supplier performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in demand planning and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
