About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at The Vet Office in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive and compassionate care to animals.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to animal welfare and a passion for veterinary medicine. We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £90,000, plus ongoing professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Practice: Conduct routine check-ups, vaccinations, and consultations for various animal species.
  • Diagnostics: Perform physical examinations, laboratory tests, and diagnostic imaging procedures.
  • Treatments: Administer medications, perform minor surgeries, and provide appropriate treatments for illnesses and injuries.
  • Surgical Procedures: Assist in or perform surgical procedures, including spays, neuters, and other surgeries.
  • Emergency Care: Handle emergency cases and provide critical care when necessary.
