Programme Manager Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to join our team at Intec Select. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for delivering several projects, including the implementation of Monday.com.

Main Responsibilities

  • Programme Strategy and Planning
    • Develop programme strategy, objectives, and deliverables that align with organisational goals and priorities
    • Collaborate with leadership to set priorities and allocate resources effectively
  • Project Coordination and Management
    • Oversee related projects within the programme, ensuring alignment, resource distribution, and conflict resolution
  • Project Management Tools
    • Lead the assessment, selection, and implementation of project management tools and their organisation-wide adoption
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining relationships and managing service expectations
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify and implement service delivery optimisations to boost efficiency and satisfaction
    • Track and adjust based on KPIs for ongoing enhancement
  • Risk and Issue Management
    • Proactively manage risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance
    • Ensure adherence to organisational standards and regulatory requirements through regular audits
  • Team Leadership
    • Mentor and lead project teams, fostering development and collaboration
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting
    • Monitor programme KPIs and report insights for alignment with organisational goals

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Experience in project/programme management, with a record of managing complex programmes
  • Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Programme Management Professional), or similar credentials are often preferred
  • Scaled agile frameworks, Kanban, Scrum
  • Ability to manage service delivery timelines, resources, and priorities
  • Ability to align programme goals with organisational objectives and long-term vision
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Monday.com , Asana or similar), and strong analytical skills
