Teaching Personnel is seeking highly skilled educators to provide individualized support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Job Overview

We offer a range of educational services to young people who cannot attend school due to various reasons. As an educator, you will work closely with primary or secondary students, develop their knowledge in core subjects such as English and Maths, and implement strategies to manage challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with SEN/SEMH needs or those who are looked after by the local authority.
  • Deliver educational sessions face-to-face at the student's home or a public location.
  • Develop personalized learning plans around the student's needs and progress in subjects like English, Maths, and Science.
Requirements
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be a Higher Level Teaching Assistant with relevant experience.
  • Establish effective relationships with students and their families.
  • Implement and manage behaviour management strategies.
