We are seeking an experienced Childcare Professional to join our team as a Nursery Practitioner at one of our 30+ locations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care and education to young children, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development.

A key aspect of this role is working closely with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging activities that meet the needs of all children in our care.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including up to 60% discount on childcare within Tops Day Nurseries and access to our reward and recognition platform, Each Person.

Benefits also include 29 days annual holiday entitlement (pro rata), company pension, and opportunities to contribute to planning educational activities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and education to young children
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver activities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursery policies and procedures
  • Engage with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and partnership
