We are looking for an experienced software developer to join our dynamic team at BAE Systems Digital Intelligence. As a skilled software engineer with proficiency in C++ or Java, you will design, develop, and maintain software applications for our clients in the aerospace industry.

With your strong background in software engineering principles and analytical thinking, you'll execute policy/strategy and utilize technical expertise to drive business outcomes. The role involves direct people management responsibility, including staffing and performance development, as well as utilizing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline to architect, design, and program/embedded software products.

You will work collaboratively across 10 countries with 4,500 digital, cyber, and intelligence experts to collect, connect, and understand complex data, so that governments, nation states, armed forces, and commercial businesses can unlock digital advantage in the most demanding environments.
