Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AUDIO VISUAL SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN to join our team at AVI-SPL. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch audio visual support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide professional and efficient audio visual services to our clients
* Offer support and assistance to clients both virtually and in person
* Assist and support clients in the use of fixed and portable AV equipment
* Ensure all video conferencing requirements for clients are met in full
* Maintain and keep all equipment in working order with all faults reported via onsite procedures

Requirements

* Be organized and flexible with the ability to approach different types of tasks during the working day
* Excellent customer service skills with previous experience of dealing with high-level executives
* Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
* Be competent to a high level of computer literacy
* Be available and flexible to work overtime if required
* Good communication skills both verbal and written
* Ability to work to the highest quality standards with attention to detail
* Reliable, conscientious character who takes pride in their work and completing tasks on time
