Our Graduate Scheme

Our LSS Graduate Scheme is a two-year program designed to develop the next generation of leaders in our Operations team. You'll gain in-depth experience of our operations, working on real projects and developing your expertise in a variety of roles.

What to Expect
  • Rotations across our exciting LSS functions, including Accounting Operations, HR Operations, Legal Operations, Tech Solutions, Tech Run & Innovate, and Tech Transformation.
  • A comprehensive learning and development curriculum to help you build valuable business skills and behaviors.
  • The opportunity to work on real projects, applying your skills and knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of our Operations strategy and vision.
