About the Scheme

Our two-year graduate scheme is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our operations across different territories and markets. You'll rotate through three different teams, gaining a taste for various potential career paths and developing valuable business skills and behaviors.

What to Expect
  • Two years of rotations across LSS functions, including Accounting Operations, HR Operations, Legal Operations, Tech Solutions, Tech Run & Innovate, and Tech Transformation
  • A comprehensive learning and development curriculum to help you build business skills and behaviors
