Our Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering organization is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technical infrastructure, including HVAC systems. As a Technical Infrastructure Solutions Manager, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing technical infrastructure programs focused on HVAC systems.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our technical infrastructure program, focusing on HVAC design, construction, and reliability maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC design and reliability, combined with experience in managing multiple programs or projects.

This role requires a dynamic individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver complex/cross-functional projects. You should have experience in design, operation, or maintenance of mechanical HVAC systems, including Roof Top Units (RTU), CRAC systems, HVLS fans, exhaust fans, and other air quality and comfort control equipment.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits include 2 weeks paid vacation, maternity and parental leave options, and health insurance.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in a HVAC design, asset management, operations, or reliability maintenance role in manufacturing, industrial warehouse, or commercial building environment. You should also have experience in managing multiple programs or projects, using effective time management skills and personal impact to drive complex activities across the organization.

  • Developing, implementing, and managing technical infrastructure programs focused on HVAC systems.
  • Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver complex/cross-functional projects.
  • Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on the performance and efficiency of HVAC systems.
