Job Description
We are looking for an individual with a passion for supporting young people with complex needs. As a 1:1 SEMH support assistant, you will work closely with students to provide emotional support, develop social skills, and promote positive behaviors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Psychology or a related field, as well as experience working with children and adolescents. You should be able to communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and adapt to changing circumstances.
