Nurse Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to take on a leadership role within our Direct Employment Team. As a Nurse Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and retention of directly employed care staff for a highly complex client population with neurological and/or complex traumatic injuries.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a community care team to provide high-quality care services to adults and children with traumatic brain injury and/or spinal cord injury.
- Recruit and retain directly employed care staff to meet the needs of our clients.
- Develop and implement effective case management strategies to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care services.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including CQC and GDPR.
- Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, including CQC and GDPR.
- Ability to manage a caseload and work as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
