About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Business and Quality Improvement Leader to join our executive team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our quality strategy, driving cultural change, and improving business processes.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive organisational change.

We are offering a competitive salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including private medical health insurance, employee assistance programme, and pension scheme, you will also receive 25 days' annual leave, plus buy and sell, and up to 16 days flexi-leave accrual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a quality strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Drive cultural change and improve business processes
  • Champion and represent all quality and business assurance matters across the organisation
  • Maintain an effective quality assurance internal audit capability

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering at Director level
  • Extensive experience of delivering business improvement activities in large engineering organisations
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive organisational change
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
