About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiographer to join our team at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Band 7 Plain Film Image Reporting Radiographer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Radiology service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert plain film image reporting services to patients across the trust.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical audit and research projects within the Radiology department.
  • Support the leadership and improvement training programme for new staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives within the Radiology service.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate plain film reporting training and a proven ability in plain film image interpretation.
  • Experience of clinical audit and research.
  • BSc or MSc Radiography or DCR (R) qualification.
  • Evidence of postgraduate accredited study in the relevant area at a Masters level.
