Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering the pharmacy strategy through providing expert care and advice to customers and patients, making a positive impact on their lives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver Pharmacy Strategy: Deliver the pharmacy strategy through providing expert care and advice.
  • Accountability: Be accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy.
  • Team Building: Build the pharmacy capability of store teams.
  • Safety Review: Conduct continual review through audit, observations, and risk assessment to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount.
  • Professional Services: Deliver a range of professional pharmacy services.
Requirements
  • Registration: Be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), Pharmacy Society of Northern Ireland (PSNI), or Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
  • Expertise: Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external local professionals.
  • Care Passion: Have a passion for community pharmacy and providing the best care for our customers.
  • Collaboration: Be collaborative with a team-centered approach.
  • Knowledge: Have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services.
  • Communication: Be a great communicator; able to put people at ease and effectively meet the varied needs of our customers and patients.

£56,000 - #71,000 per annum
