About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Planned Works team as a Skilled Tradesperson. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting our Multi-Trade Operatives with various tasks, including construction, fault fixing, and maintenance duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain site cleanliness and ensure that all areas are kept tidy and organized.
  • Assist with the completion of works in Void & Tenanted properties, including loading skips and transporting waste to disposal facilities.
  • Work closely with our Multi-Trade Operatives to resolve problems and ensure that customers are kept informed and up-to-date on the progress of their work.
  • Ensure that all tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and that stocks are replenished as and when required.

Requirements

  • Qualified to NVQ Level 2 in a core subject, with a strong understanding of health and safety legislation.
  • Recent experience of undertaking a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Able to use computerized systems for training purposes and hold a full valid UK driving licence.
