Administrative and Financial Support Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative and Financial Support Specialist to join our team at Tooling Intelligence Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing emails, calendars, and appointments, as well as preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations.
Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action points, as well as managing travel arrangements and itineraries when required.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records using Xero accounting software, reconciling customer accounts, and resolving any discrepancies or disputes.
This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced office setting.
The salary for this position is £20,400 per year, paid bi-weekly, which reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
